A brand name alone does not establish value. Record the module count, compressor configuration, controller, frame completeness, pumps or accessories, refrigerant, and operating condition. Photographs should show the full machine, all nameplates, controls, compressor area, heat exchangers, disconnected connections, included accessories, and any visible damage.

The review should also state whether the machine is operational, recently removed, stored, incomplete, or intended for parts. Clear condition language prevents an intact-reuse discussion from being based on a component-only asset.

Potential marketability improves when the equipment has organized service records, current operating evidence, clear ownership, known hours or starts where available, protected openings, and complete controls. An installed chiller is a machine plus a field project. Provide the equipment elevation, route to grade, opening dimensions, overhead and floor constraints, proposed lifting area, truck access, and required shutdown window. If the unit is staged, provide loading equipment, dimensions, weights, and pickup conditions.

A documented review separates gross asset value from field work and freight. That makes different proposals easier to compare and clarifies what the facility team must complete before pickup.
