Document the Atlanta asset before discussing price
A useful Atlanta chiller review begins with exact machine identification, current condition, operating evidence, included controls and accessories, and clear photographs. The location tells us where the project starts; it does not replace the facts that determine equipment marketability.
The project package should identify whether each unit is operating, isolated, recently removed, stored, incomplete, or non-operational. Include the earliest release date and whether the facility expects an equipment purchase, net-value removal, dismantling, or recycling scope.
- Machine and nameplate photographs
- Capacity, type, refrigerant and voltage
- Condition and service information
- Release date and desired outcome
